Asynchronous Compact Motors

Asynchronous Brake Motors
Asynchronous self-braking electric motors are systems that combine an asynchronous, three-phase or single-phase motor, and a steel disk brake, all in a single unit. Brushless IE4 PM Electric Motors
PM Brushless Synchronous Electric Motors for general use in industrial applications and environments.
The EOS range is sold with a standard form factor characterized by cooling type IC411 (externally self-ventilated), without parking brake and with sensorless speed control.
Sensorless speed control guarantees increased reliability and reduced maintenance and downtime costs e downtime thanks to the absence of transducers, while maintaining speed control performance at optimal levels.
Wide availability of special executions: servo-ventilation, parking brake, speed transducers, ATEX execution, thermal sensors, internal protection, special painting, etc.
With the new ranges of PM Brushless Motors: the overall dimensions are reduced by two sizes, reduced energy consumption (which makes up 96% of the total cost of an electric motor) and also reduced initial investment costs, compared to the other Brushless solutions already on the market.
Stainless Steel Hygienic Washdown Electric Motors
AISI 316L Stainless Steel Hygienic Electric Motors MAAT series are ideal:
- For applications in presence of highly aggressive corrosive agents, thanks to the AISI 316L Stainless Steel enclosure.
- When it’s necessary extreme ease of cleaning, thanks to its smooth certified IP69K leakless design, with no cooling fins, slits or plates.
- When contact between final products and the electric motor could easily happen.
The absence of cooling fins, slits and screwed plates in the enclosure design guarantees a huge reduction in dirt and waste deposits. This is the single biggest defining characteristic for the Hygienic Stainless Steel Electric Motors series.
